We are looking for an Operations Administrator to be a part of our Logistics team. You will be responsible for assisting the Operations Managers with all day-to-day transportation activities. Helping develop efficient transport operations and optimizing the existing strategies will be a part of your job role. You should be able to prepare transportation schedules and communicate effectively with customers. Coordinating the transportation of goods and ensuring timely and safe delivery are also your responsibilities. In addition, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties such as preparing shipping documents, reports, and maintaining customer scorecards.

  • Coordinating with the Transportation team regarding transportation planning and strategies
  • Reviewing customer requirements and communicating that to Driver Managers
  • Ensuring compliance with the safety standards with regards to hours-of-service
  • Handling any customer complaints and processing the urgent ones to the Sales Department
  • Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods
  • Coordinating loading and unloading activities
  • Receiving customer requests and bookings
  • Planning daily transportation schedules and working directly with operation to ensure on-time deliveries
