We are looking for a Container Driver Manager to manage the daily driver activity of our import/export container business. Job Responsibilities: What your day looks like?
- Lead a fleet of 20+ drivers and manage driver availability to maximize productivity of the fleet.
- Coordinate with customers the delivery of their import/export containers
- Utilize advanced technology to assign work and plan drivers all over the gulf coast
- Maintain strong working relationships with customers and drivers
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Must be a team player
- Excellent communication skills
- 2-3 Years experience in the Logistics, Supply Chain, and/or Transportation industry is a plus
- Efficient in Microsoft Office
- Transportation Management Software knowledge a plus
Job Type: Full Time in office Mobile, AL
Pay: $45,000-$50,000 per year depending on experience, including monthly bonus program
