The annual Buckaroo Stampede, presented by Wright Transportation, had another successful year raising funds for the Buckaroo Foundation!
The Buckaroo Stampede 5K and Fun Run was held in Daphne, Alabama on Saturday, May 13, 2023. The weather was perfect for those participating in the day’s activities.
Thank you to the City of Daphne, Alabama for once again serving as host of the race and all of our sponsors along the Gulf Coast who signed on to support the event. Thank you to the Buckaroo Stampede Planning Committee for their hard work and dedication this year!
The goal of the Buckaroo Foundation is to help meet the physical and financial needs of special needs children and adults in Mobile and Baldwin Counties and surrounding areas. Funds raised from the Buckaroo Stampede help provide access for children and adults with special needs to hippo therapy, which uses the movement of horses to influence the rider’s posture, balance, function, and sensory processing.
